Westpac was seeking a new EVP to reflect its revitalised culture - one focused on performance and progress. We built a compelling EVP that emotionally connected future and current team members to Westpac’s purpose, supported by integrated internal campaigns and content that resonated at every level of the organisation.
We had the insights on what made working at ZipCo unique – but how did we align it to their consumer brand and launch to a fast-moving, remote first workforce? Leaning into a storybook inspired narrative to communicate key themes, we turned employee voices into powerful advocacy – using their stories to launch a new EVP from the inside out.
Working alongside Havas Red, who were refreshing the overall brand, we developed an EVP that could achieve two important outcomes: appeal to a diverse workforce while attracting the best talent to the team. Using employee insights, our strategic thinking and creativity came together in the form of an EVP and toolkit. It featured a fresh new positioning with newly formed pillars, as well as ready-to-use headlines and art direction for internal and external audiences.
Fujitsu needed to boost internal comms engagement across APAC as employees were missing key updates. We ran a four-step audit (content, quant + qual research, and strategy) to uncover what was and wasn’t working. The result? A simplified, purpose-driven channel plan, a refreshed tone of voice, and a tactical comms calendar to help the team communicate smarter, not louder.
